Estate Planning

The primary purpose of estate planning is to help you maximize the use of your possessions during your lifetime, and to plan for the distribution of your assets at the end of your life.
I am troubled when I hear that the majority of adult Americans do not have valid estate planning documents. As a result, oft-times individuals€ estates (be they large or small) can be UNNECESSARILY heavily taxed by the government. Worse yet, if something were to happen to the parents, their children could become wards of the state. I'm sure this also holds true for Christian individuals.
If you are one of those individuals, then this seminar is critical. It will help you understand the design of your estate planning documents, to insure that your plans and wishes are expressed.
Also, many individuals who have estate-planning documents have not reviewed their documents recently. As many as one-third of these documents are inadequate, and will not accomplish what the individuals believe they will accomplish.
Many people do not understand the necessity of coordinating property ownership with their legal documents, to make them effective. Therefore, many will fail to distribute property according to the wishes of the individual.
